About Virginia Cahill

Prior to joining Community Solutions, Virginia Cahill most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Framingham Massachusetts. As the town's fiscal manager, she provided oversight to a $170 million budget for the largest town in Massachusetts. Previous to her tenure as CFO, she served as Treasurer/Collector for Framingham.

Before working for the Town of Framingham, she served as the Treasurer/Collector for the Town of Hudson, Massachusetts and Town Accountant/Systems Administrator for the Town of Littleton, Massachusetts. In addition to her over 15 years of municipal experience, she worked for a non-profit corporation and a manufacturing firm for several years, serving as Corporate Controller.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, Virginia later earned a Masters of Business Administration from Bentley College. She serves as a member of the Massachusetts Government Finance Officers Association, the Massachusetts Collectors/Treasurers Association and the Massachusetts Municipal Association.

Virginia lives with her husband in Southborough, Massachusetts.
